RONALD E. PARK
Personal Mission Statement: To be a positive role model to his family, friends and to everyone he meets. To be a leader in the community, and to lead by example as demonstrated though his Christian, patriotic, family values. To give back to his community through service, his church, youth coaching, other local charities and activities.
Introduction: Ronald Park has had a long career in Real Estate and Building despite his young age. He started building and remodeling homes as a child working for Park Brothers Carpentry and Masonry and then Olympia Framing and Builders, both were family run Businesses. It’s here that he learned if you’re going to do something, do it right the first time and do it to the best of your ability. He worked every summer and most weekends, for the family businesses where he had firsthand experience building and remodeling homes. This knowledge would prove to be very useful throughout his Real Estate career. In 1996, he obtained his New Hampshire real estate sales license. In 1998, he became a broker in New Hampshire and shortly thereafter that Massachusetts. In 2003, he purchased a Re/Max Franchise where he was one of the youngest owners of a RE/MAX Franchise in the nation and he grew the office and production by over 2700% until 2008 when he moved to Texas. He immediately picked up where he left off here in Texas in real estate, remodeling, flipping and building New Homes. He went to work with RE/MAX DFW Associates and then Century 21 Judge Fite Company as a Regional Sales Manager, Ebby Halliday Realtors®. Now he currently works for The Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty, because they are in his opinion are the most professionally ran and forward-thinking companies, he has been a part in his 29+ years in the Real Estate Industry. o 1996-2008 Purchased and Flipped homes, subdivided Developed Land, Built Homes (65+), Built Condos (40+), has done condo conversion and Developed Condominiums from raw land all in NH.
o 2008-2009 Sold Mobile homes and land in TX.
o 2009 began flipping homes again and started my real estate licensing for Texas.
